General
No — FastLLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

No. The entire process is designed to be completed remotely — formation, EIN application, and registered agent setup — with no US visit required.
All 51 US states, including popular choices like Wyoming, Delaware, and Florida. Pick a state in the wizard and your exact fees and filing time update automatically.
Typically 3–14 business days depending on the state you choose and how busy that state's filing office is — the wizard shows you the estimated filing time for your specific state before you pay.
Start the wizard — it walks you through entity type, state, and package selection, and shows your exact total before you pay anything.
Yes. Foreign founders without a Social Security Number or ITIN can still apply for an EIN through FastLLC — this is one of the main reasons founders outside the US choose us.
A real registered agent in your formation state (not just a mailbox), included for the first year with Essential and Premium plans, so your company stays in good standing and receives legal/state mail properly.
Yes. Beyond formation, FastLLC offers monthly bookkeeping, invoicing tools, and US federal/state tax filing so your company stays compliant year-round, not just at formation.
Pricing & Billing
Yes for the service fee — state filing fees are added on top and shown before you pay, based on the state you pick. Nothing is hidden at checkout.
No. The formation fee is one-time. The only recurring cost is registered agent renewal after year one, which we show you in advance.
If there's an error in your formation caused by our service, we refund that portion of your payment — no questions asked. State fees paid to the government aren't refundable once filed.
Yes — add EIN, registered agent, mail forwarding, or bookkeeping at any time from your client portal, even if you started on the Basic plan.
Yes — this is one of the reasons founders outside the US choose FastLLC. Many competitors don't support this path at all.
Taxes & Compliance
Generally yes — the IRS requires a corporation to make estimated payments if it expects to owe $500 or more in federal tax for the year.
For a calendar-year C-Corp, the four installments are due April 15, June 15, September 15, and December 15.
US C-Corps pay a flat 21% federal rate on taxable income. This calculator subtracts any net operating loss carried forward from a prior year first, then applies that rate.
Many smaller corporations can use a “safe harbor” and pay the lower of this year's estimated tax or last year's actual tax to avoid an underpayment penalty — this calculator applies that automatically when you enter a prior-year tax amount.
The same rule applies, just shifted — payments are generally due on the 15th day of the 4th, 6th, 9th, and 12th months of your fiscal year instead.
No — it's a simplified estimate for planning purposes only, and doesn't account for every credit, state tax, or unusual situation. FastLLC's bookkeeping and tax filing service can prepare your exact payments and annual return.
Partnerships
It lets accountants, immigration consultants, tax preparers, and other client-facing professionals refer their clients' US company formation and EIN filings to FastLLC at wholesale pricing — you decide what to charge your own clients.
Professionals whose clients regularly need US company formation or an EIN — accounting/CPA firms, immigration law practices, business consultants, tax preparers, financial advisors, and community organizations.
You're billed at your tier's wholesale price per EIN order ($70 / $60 / $50 depending on volume). What you charge your own clients on top of that is entirely up to you.
The application itself takes about 10 minutes. Our team reviews it and confirms your starting tier after you submit.
Yes — tiers are reviewed quarterly based on your actual order volume, so you move up automatically as your volume grows. No need to reapply.
